“I am a California native, I just did not happen to be born here.” Realizing that California is a “State-of-Mind” and having been a resident (by choice) since 1983, I take great pleasure in helping others embrace the California life-style here in beautiful Northern California. With over four decades of experience in sales and marketing, I understand the value of listening to a client’s needs and preferences; and I enjoy helping the client accomplish their goals of home or property ownership. My knowledge of the market, integrity, skills of negotiation, focus on service and business acumen will help you achieve your real estate goals whether you are buying or selling. I understand what works and what doesn’t from the client’s viewpoint. My personal goal is to retain the client relationship for the long-term, by making the process of selling and/or buying real estate as seamless and transparent as possible, by identifying our clients’ wants and needs to find the best real estate solution, and by completing the transaction on a timely basis.
